My family & I have been shopping at JCPenney for many years, since I was a child. It's one of my favorite stores. They have a great variety of clothes that fit my style & they have very reasonable prices. Plus my stepdaughter works for JCP. So I try to give them my business whenever I can. Employees are very friendly & helpful.

I have never experienced worse service anywhere I have shopped. I can clearly see why this store is closing. Not sorry to see you go. I'm only giving it 1 star because you can't post without it!!!!
