Today was my first time here, and I will be going back! My usual place had me with horrid nails for Thanksgiving, I was not happy. So I stopped in to Organix, no appointment, was able to sit right down. John did a wonderful job! I love natural looking nails! He was right on and very polite and friendly. You can schedule appointments online, so I’m going to go do that now. What a relief to have nice nails again!

My experience was alright , my very first time here and I was able to call for a appointment for a gel pedicure and gel full set . The young man who did my toes was great , super kind , had great conversation, after I went to the chair and passed to a woman , might be the owner , to do my nails . Usually I get long nails and this time I got them a little shorter , so I kept pulling my hand back to look to be sure I really liked them and she was sort of rushing me , when she asked how I liked the length I said I want them a little longer , to which she said it’s too late for that .. and i said well you sort of rushed through and so now I’m saying something , this is before the acrylic. Instead of giving me something to accommodate me , she dismissed me and rudely said okay I’ll have someone who is slower take the nails off and redo it all for you. I said “you know what it’s fine, I’ll just leave it as is “ she literally didn’t even want to help me anymore and passed me to someone else . If it was the big of a deal I’ll keep the length I had which I did and had a man finish the acrylic part. Nails grow and I know that so it really wasn’t that big of a deal I thought but it was blown out of proportion for no reason . Also the design I chose must’ve been too extensive because the guy almost complained that I got this design that it took too long . Also , no hand massage was given . I don’t see myself going back here honestly ..

The lady that did my nails did a wonderful job on my nails I’m so happy with them she was very very kind!!! Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she wears glasses and has short hair I will definitely come back :))

Took me as a walk-in. I was in desperate need of a fill-in because my usual nail place was booked up after I had missed my appointment due to being called in for work. This place is nice, the people were sweethearts. They have won my business. Will be returning.
