Worst experience I've had since coming here. Walked in on a Saturday, there are only 3 people working and 2 customers. No one spoke to me, no hello, hi, pick a color, absolutely nothing. I sign in as usual, someone else comes in 15 mins after me.. doesn't sign in and she's taken care of before me. No she didn't have an appointment.
There are spiders and bugs crawling in their nail cases. If they can't take pride in their shop, display ZERO customer service, how in the heck do I expect good results? Yes... a spider came crawling out and fell on the floor. They said nothing and didn't do anything. Ridiculous.

I enjoyed the deluxe pedicure. It included hot stones and hot towels and a great massage

First let me say I'm 7.5 months pregnant and I was really looking forward to this pedicure. I arrived on Friday evening at about 6pm. Only one other person in the salon so I was seated right away. During the pedicure my left foot started hurting and I looked down and saw blood. I figured she may have went a little far when she was clipping my nail and it couldn't be that bad. It hurt to the point I almost cried. I allowed her to finish and I regretted it as soon as I walked out and seen the paint job. Here it is Monday and my toe still hurts so I had my fiance look at it and he sees that I have an open wound under my nail.. I'll never go back due to that but add on top of it the paint job I paid for and here I am writing this review. If I can add a picture I definitely will. Not happy.
