I am originally from Long Island New York so I have grown up going to the nail salon. Having my nails and toes done are important to me and I when I lived back east I had my go to salon and tech as do a lot of Long Island woman. When I moved to Colorado 2 Years ago it wasn’t until I found V.I.P that I felt like I was home. I see the manicurist T. She and her work are AMAZING and the rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Having an appointment is best but they do take walk ins!

Nothing but 5 stars for Tina and her family. I stuck my head in the door about 7:15 l& asked if it was too late for a pedicure. Although she was waiting for husband to pick her up and was also keeping an eye on her 6 yr old son, she graciously agreed to give me a pedicure. She did not rush thru the pedicure and actually took her time, enabling me to really relax after a long and stressful week. Thank you Tina. I appreciate your generosity & the generosity of your family in working late to give me the luxury of a pedicure Little things mean a lot.

Pretty basic nail salon. Nothing exceptional and nothing bad. Got in with 2 people pretty quickly for a pedicure.

Meh.
Pro: I made an appointment in the morning and I was promptly seated and taken care of when I arrived.
Cons:
• I said I wanted to keep the length and she immediately cut my nails down. After the first one I could only let the others happen, otherwise they wouldn’t have matched.
• She cut my skin with the electric file 4 times
• Half of the nails have completely different shapes. I asked her to go back over a few of them and she was very snappy about it. Even after “fixing” them they look jumbled.
• I got a coughing fit from the powder kickback from filing the top of my nails. I asked if she could pause so I could get some water and she said “Almost done” and kept going as I coughed out a lung.
• I have never had such bumpy nails! I didn’t realize until I left, but my dip powder nails look like the geography of sand dunes. Not due to the ‘grain’ of the powder, purely from how she smoothed and shaped them... or lack there of.
• She topped the dip powder with gel polish and flooded the cuticles on every single nail.
Honestly, I wouldn’t say I’m high maintenance about my nails. But I’ve never had them look so messy.

I love this place!! They always listen to what I’m asking for. They’re adventurous and willing to try my different ideas. Love love love them!
