I love this place . People are friendly and they do a great job. I used to get Eric ,but he went to there new shop. So now I get his wife Emily she is awesome.

Multiple friends of mine have experienced lack of customer service and professionalism due to their skin color. Their names were scratched off the sign in list so they were skipped while many other walk in customers were taken care of before them. When my friends complained they were lied to and told these people had appointments and that’s why they were taken before them. This ended up being false, discrimination is why a 14 year old girl was left waiting for hours to get her nails done. A truly disgusting establishment.

Wait time is usually pretty quick. Large color selection, and nail techs that do a pretty good job. Pricing is average, but the convenience factor near Starbucks first watch and inside Crestview Hills Town Center makes it a pretty easy choice.

I've had my nails done here and one lady was amazing but the next one was meh. I went with some girls to get pedicures and we got the deluxe ones, the guy that did mine was so rushed to get to the next person he skipped over a couple steps. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but the whole point of the pedicure is to clean up nails and remove dead skin, he skipped the whole second part. When I left I basically paid someone $55 to soak my feet and paint my nails, I should have spoken up but I didn't want to be rude.

Great experiences at this nail salon—clean, newly remodeled, lots of color choices. Jenny and Eric do an excellent job...they are very polite, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend both of them, especially if you have in grown toenails as they are very gentle.
