I got a dip powder manicure here and it turned out great. The guy that did it was a perfectionist. The dip powder process took kind of a long time but I like the results so far. I had to go back to get a repair (one of my nail’s top coats was still kind of matte on the edge, couldn’t tell til the next day) and the staff member was really nice about fixing it up for me.

My experience was great! I had an issue with a nail salon beforehand, but this salon made everything better! I will be a returning customer! Nicole did an excellent job.

Kim is amazing! This is my new place!! Just moved out here and it's such a relief I found a great nail tech already!!! Highly recommend if you're picky like me!!!

Wish me or either of the other two women I went with had the sort of experience the rest of you seem to have had! Instead, all three of us are coming out of the experience with uneven, misshapen nails of random lengths with goopy, sloppy paint jobs. Coffin tips and soft square tips are pretty basic, to my understanding, but I suppose if you can't even file a nail straight, that's pretty complex.
While we were there, another lady getting a pedi was left forgotten until her footbath overflowed onto the floor, so ours certainly does not seem to be an isolated lack of professionalism--although, I suppose the lack of professionalism should have been obvious from the response to a negative review below calling it "mean" and asking for it to be taken down. That's obviously a much classier response than actually addressing concerns or trying to improve your service.
I'm certain there's a few talented nail artists between CK's shops (was similarly unimpressed with the Mishawaka location), but we certainly haven't had the pleasure of meeting them. Best of luck to the rest of you.
