This place was SHOCKING. I went to get a full set and it took TWO hours. The lady who was doing my nails cut 2 of my fingers when she was trying to cut my cuticles. She also didn't size the nails to my fingers. Just very unprofessional. She didn't know how to shape nails whatsoever and had to ask her to file them differently multiple times. After all this, one of my nails is already off after a week and the rest are pulling up at the bottom already. Very overpriced for the level of service. Needless to say, I will not be back and would not recommend anyone else to ever visit if you expect a decent job.

Very disappointed in quality of services. Shellac manicure only lasted 6 days which is unacceptable. Not worth my time or money.

My daughter & I went there today and We both walked out of there with nix's in our nails. I asked my lady to fix mine only because I noticed it b4 I left. They put my 10 yr in her own shoes after her pedicure & polish which smushed her pinky toes. Uggg I paid way to much for this kind of service not to mention they misunderstood what my daughter wanted on her nails & had to redo 2 of them & cut us both. She is 10 she didn't know!!!! They wanted me to pay b4 my nails which is ok then because the lady did it wrong said it would be more after they ran my card. We will not be going there anymore. New owners or old.

I've a couple of mani's and pedi's done here over the years and it's always been good, but yesterday was different. The pedi bowls were filled with barely warm water and the pedicure was very quick-30mins. The time of it really wasn't that important to me, but the water being cold, the employees not really speaking and the fact that i left with polish on my cuticle and on my skin around me nail makes me wonder why I spent $35 on a pedi that I could continue to do myself. It was very disappointing.
