Okay job on pedicure, spoke in their language through most of visit, and seemed less than interested in serving the customers. I will not ever go back.

I stopped by this salon because they had a sign that said the did SNS so I thought I'd give them a try since they're right around the corner from my house. While the end look was pretty good, the process to get there was a challenge. The soak off was easy enough and my real nails were long and healthy looking. I requested that they be cut down a little and that went fine as well. The problem came with shaping. I asked for square with a little rounding on the outside corners. When i looked at my right hand they were oval. When I mentioned this the tech apologized & offered to fix it but i declined as that would have left me with very little nail and I was going for a medium length. She tried anyway and left my nails uneven and my cuticles sore as if they had been cut. By the time we got to the dremel she cut into one of my fingers causing it to bleed. As mentioned before the final look was ok but my fingers were tender & sore for a week by which time the SNS was cracking & breaking. Needless to say I had to have my nails redone in less than two weeks! They have a sign in the salon that states services are not guaranteed. So clearly I don't have a leg to stand on since they started with that disclaimer. You get what you pay for & this was the most inexpensive SNS manicure I've ever had. I read many great reviews and perhaps they are really good at everthing but SNS. I will be not be returning.

Very nice ladies.. came in got a$ 35.00 fill-in gel was peeling up before i got home ....she insisted i hit my hand...which I did not .i do have to touch things..but it was fixed after waiting for another customer to get a full set. ..mind you I got a pedicure $25.00 and eyebrows $10.00.(my time is valuable too)....nail that was fixed was too long and not the correct shape...ladies make sure enough acrylic is on your nails.......need more staff to accommodate clients as you wont feel rushed

Abouslty love the nail techs.... Very polite and professional... I have no complaints

In a city of thousands of nail shops, you don't have to waste your time here. I personally enjoy different designs, glow in the dark, ombre, stickers, it to be done well due to the fact that they are technicians. The technicians know how to do the basic of the basic. In a time where people want to express themselves through their bodies, this place does not help with that.
