Used to go to them all of the time for eyebrows and eyelashes. The last time the lady was rushing on my eyebrows and didn’t even brush and trim them. The last two times I’ve went in they’ve had me wait two hours and today I walked in and they were gonna have me wait again. I tried Diamond salon down the street they were friendly and got me in right away plus didn and AMAZING JOB ON MY BROWS. Needless to say I won’t be returning to palazo.

The store is fairly new. There are not many workers yet as they are building a stable team. Sure sometimes there will be some waiting, especially on the weekend. Some of them are really great.

The cleanest nail salon in Columbus! Stephanie is amazing! So sweet and takes her time...I never feel like I am being rushed.

My mother & I sat in this place for an hour & a half. They seated her, several other people came in after we did. I continued to wait for someone to seat me. 2 other ladies came in after me. They took someone who came in 20 minutes after me & began her fill in. Neither my mother or myself got serviced. We left.

I did not have a good experience here. I was just getting a fill, and wanted them filed down a tiny bit. The lady files them all just a tiny bit like I wanted but one she just kept filing. I was so confused! I very nicely confronted her and she said that now it's even and matches the rest, it clearly didn't! I kept voicing my concern and she kept telling me it was right. I wanted to take a picture it was so uneven! I honestly don't know how she thought it looked okay. And she kept on and on! She clearly was never taught the customer is always right. I eventually told her she could put a new tip on and redo just that nail or file them all down so they all match. She decided to take the one nail off. Ouch!!! I've always taken my nails off myself, so I'm not positive, I'm pretty sure if she would have spent a tiny more time she could have made it less painful. After that she wasn't as friendly, seemed to be rushing through, didn't do a good job painting my nails, missed the edges on a few, it wasn't smooth and it was super thick. She walks me to the table to dry, says nothing and walks away. Thanks lady, I'll turn the light on for myself. After waiting a good 20 min someone comes up to me, puts oil on my nails, I ask if they are dry and can I wash them, there was a ton of oil! She says yes, as I'm washing them, I nicked the faucet with my nail, the lady sees me, looks at my nail, notices they weren't dry and the polish is messed up, half way pushes on my nail, doesn't even fix it, doesn't offer to redo it. At this time I was done anyway. I just wanted out of there. One star. I will not be returning.
