It took an hour and a half for someone to finally start my pedicure. After two and a half hours, I was able to leave. Spent $33 on a regular pedicure with acrylic on my big toe. Acrylic nail does not match up in length to other nail and when I mentioned it, the guy said it was the same length (I ended up just believing him because I couldn’t see since they moved me from the pedicure chair to the front to do the acrylic??). But after leaving, I can tell it definitely does not match. Nail on other big toe was cut slanted and polish was left all on the skin. I thought after reading the reviews, this would be a really great nail salon but I’m very disappointed. Will likely go to another place tomorrow to get the acrylic lengthened and will not return to this salon.

I took my girlfriend here for a surprise and she loved it. David treated her like a QUEEN and I could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back with our daughters. Thanks Queen Nails for superior service. 4/21/18

Waited over an hour just to be seated and then my nails have huge bubbles in them. When I asked for them to get the glue from the underside of my nails they told me that there wasn't any under there. I will not be returning.

Had a pedicure & the technician rubbed me raw on the side of my big toe. Won't go back.

This is the only nail place I go to after trying several other places this was the only place that could shape my nails correctly without me having to tell them to fix it. And it's the only place where my nails actually lasted and do not fall off before I am due for a fill in. I ALWAYS request TD. All techs here are talented but it's like he reads my mind. Lol. Definitely my favorite nail spa. Plus they have free wine.
