This shop is small, and cozy. Rose was funny and nice, and she KNOWS her nails. I am a fan of the "duck" nail shape & style, and expressed to Rose about it. She knew exactly what to do, and even spiced it up! She took her time & my nails came out perfectly. If you think you have a design and wonder if there's a nail shop that can do it, look no further. This shop, and the staff are pure gold. I will not get my nails done anywhere else, except here.

This nail salon is one of the best in this city. It's small but the personal care you get is better than most salons in Columbus. As for the previous review, I have been receiving services from Rose since I was 15 years old. And with doing a little math, that means I have been her customer for the last 16 years. If you had an issue you should have gone back to the shop and Im quite certain that she would have fixed the issue no problem. Rose and her staff are very talented with nail designs. She is also very knowledgeable in her field. She is not a fly by night nail technician, nor is her staff. The salon is clean and in order. If you want quality personable service, and unique nail art Rose Nails is the place to get your services done.

Went here on a whim after being personally invited by the owner. Went on a Tuesday & was the only customer. I was told to "wait inside" so I did for about 10 minutes. Finally my manicurist came in, drew some water for my pedicure & seated me. I sat with my feet soaking for over half an hour before he came back to work on my feet. All in all, a gel manicure & spa pedicure took over two hours to complete-- ridiculous!
Anyway! Paid about 55 for the services & left. Now anyone who has had a gel manicure done knows that it should last a minimum of two weeks. THE VERY NEXT DAY, MY NAIL POLISH WAS PEELING. Before the week was through, the nail polish on all but two of my fingers peeled off completely! I don't do any hard labor or work with my hands all that much so I know it was just a crappy job.
I will NOT be going back to this establishment & I would advise you all to steer clear as well.

I have already spoken to the owner of the establishment about my issues. First of all, I DID call the salon about two days after services had been rendered. I asked the same technician (he had a very distinctive voice) how long a gel manicure should last. He responded "at least two weeks" and hung up on me before I even had a chance to request a follow up appointment to fix my nails. It wasn't the just the services that caused me to write my review... it was the treatment afterward. I decided that it wasn't worth the aggravation and so I admittedly did not return.
Also, my review was nothing but the truth-- down to every last detail. I respect your opinions that Rose is a very talented nail technician (however, my technician was NOT Rose) but that does not change the fact that my appointment was disappointing and the work performed was dismal.
Since the incident, I have spoken to Rose who has invited me back with assurance that this was a solitary mishap. I have yet to return, but if I choose to, I will update my review. Until then, I stand by everything I have said before.

OMG...my nails are PERFECTLY SQUARE. No round corners. FINALLY someone gets it! This is the first time that I have gotten compliments for the SHAPE of my nails more than the design. The staff was so friendly and down to earth like chit chatting with your Bestie! I will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the Nail Care 101 after u leave the shop. No one else ever cared enough to let me know what I was doing wrong regarding my nails lifting. I am a customer 4 life!

I went in and I try not to judge a book by it's cover bc my first impression was bad but should of went with my gut. First off the place is smaller then my 1 bedroom apartment, they only have 3 pedi and 3 mani chairs. There is no room to move around. I wanted to give it a chance though and I waited. 3 employees were there but 1 was on her phone gossiping or whatever. I waited longer and finally I got fed up bc I wasn't even acknowledged or told how long the wait would be especially since 1 employee wasn't doing anything but playing on her phone. I will never go back nor recommend anyone there. I don't know how they stay in business or anything but their services suck!!!
