So I ran across the last review and have to respond. My daughter was getting her nails done with Ratana recently and Ratana shared a pic of her dog with Kaitlyn while her nails were in the dryer. We have been going to Ratana for years and she is a kind, compassionate, thoughtful woman who try’s her best to make her customers not have to wait. However, this day was different Kaitlyn added on a special design on her nails so it took a little longer than Ratana was expecting. (Just to add Kaitlyn loved the nails. ) Kaitlyn was in a recent car accident that left her paralyzed and in a wheelchair. This was the first time she was getting out and trying to do something to make herself smile. Ratana knows that Kaitlyn loves animals so while her nails were in the dryer she showed Kaitlyn a pic of her dog to make her smile and it worked. Kaitlyn smiled very big something I don’t see as much as I used to. So I apologize to the woman who had to wait those extra 16 min because Ratana wasn’t aware Katilyn wanted those extra things done. However, she shared that pic while kaitlyns hand was in the dryer so it did not add to your wait time. I just felt this bad review was not warranted and had to speak up. I personally have been getting my nails done with Ratana for a long time and she always does a great job. So thanks Ratana for taking the time that day to help a young woman get great nails and smile. I appreciate it.

This is the only place i go to get my nails done. The people are very good and very friendly.

Got my nails done less then a week ago and they already are falling off and looks like I need a fill in. Such poor quality. Spent 43 dollars for nothing great. Very disappointed and not to mention I got gel and right as I was leaving they were bubling up. I will never recommend this place pr get nails done here again. So disappointed.
