She over charged me, ruined my nails, & my nail polish isn’t even, even. Only one nail was damaged then she ripped off 5 for no reason & said now so many need repair cost more. I was already so far in I couldn’t leave. & my new polish looks horrible having to repay to have somewhere else fix today. Worst place I’ve ever been. I will never go back!

My experience at Kim's was a very good one. I love the little dog. She is so sweet! Everyone was very friendly and my nails look great. I will definitely being going back. It was my first visit!

Went there regularly to get my nails done and I usually get a young girl she is very sweet and does a good job at filling and polish an an older gentleman also went a few days ago and the owner took care of me she was not friendly at all I had my nails taken off an she was not happy about it for a business owner she was very rude I called when I got home and told her so I have worked for the public since I was 16 years old that isn't how you treat a customer this is the first negative review I have ever written but all the other time I've been there were good

Absolutely terrible quality. Guy didn't even check to make sure the coat was even, and left a strip on the nail unpainted.
