I'm really not sure where to begin. As soon as you walk in you can notice the building in not ventilated like it should be for a salon. Withing 15 minutes I was getting a bad headache... After walking in we are asked to sign in ... that is it, (not friendly)... my mother in law and I sit down in the chairs after picking out color.
two nail techs are currently working and they did not start our water so we could start soaking till about 20 minutes later... before sitting down to put our feet in water we observed and had a bad feeling...
We finally get to sit down and as we are putting feet in the water (with no plastic bags on foot bowl) we notice something floating in the water. Another lady walks in and the nail tech tells us she is going to do her nails first even when she didn't have an appointment. SO the nail tech walks to the back instead for 10-15 minutes before coming out to start the other customers nails. By this time we were drying off our feet and inform her we were leaving... she didn't care what so ever and started spraying tilex (bathroom cleaner) in foot bowls while we were putting our socks and shoes on... of course the cleaner had bleach in it and spraying it as we are still sitting there with no care in the world...
I'm not really sure how this place is even still open... The sterilizers didn't even look on as we walked out. Not sure if they even clean anything. Stuff all over the floor! DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT SOON BEFORE SOMEONE ENDS UP WITH AN INFECTION.

Awesome experience! Best pedicure I've ever had! Fill in was awesome also, timely, no corners cut. Ken was very thorough and professional! I WILL be coming here for nail care anytime I travel to this area!

Terrible. I have been there twice and will not go back. The nail tech did not listen to my requests. He simply waved my hand away when I pointed to areas that were not painted well. He did not clean the cuticle area and the final paint job was a mess.

Love the job they do on my nails,they never talk bad about how your nails or feet look .They are always nice,kind Treat you very well.
