Made an appointment to come here, got there and she told me to sit down and they’d be right with me, ok cool. I sat there for 45 minutes before I even got seated and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before she came over. She starts off by telling me how bad my nails look, and how it’s going to take a lot of work to fix them. I needed one nail fixed. No apology for at the point, over an hour wait. She starts doing my fill, and is LITERALLY COMPLAINING about having to fill them!! When it comes time to do the gel, she doesn’t even put a base coat on!!! I say something, and she try’s to argue with me, saying this brand doesn’t need a base coat, the box was right there and it said ON THE BOX to apply the base coat first. Not to mention I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and have gotten that exact brand before and they’ve always used a base coat. When all is said and done, my one nail she had to fix is crooked, misshapen, and significantly shorter then the other. At this point I just want to leave so I pay and even still tip her. Now, 3 days later I have 5 bubbling nails, I called and tried to get a refund and she refused to give me a refund and kept saying to come in and she’ll fix it for free. Absolutely not. I had an all around bad experience here and don’t recommend it to anyone.

This was actually my second time here and they actually did an awesome job the first time but the second wasn't so great!

Staff was nice,their work not so much. Prices are way too high for their quality of work. I was so dissapointed with the result. I went in to get a new set of acrylics,I had my previous nails still on. One of the ladies took my old nails off by using a fake nail, flattening it out,and then wedging it in between my real and my fake nail until the fake one either flew off or lifted enough for her to use a nail clipper like tool to snip off the fake nail in sections. They do not have colored acrylic powder apparently so they put on clear white over the shape they made on my nail then painted over it with the color I wanted. They then put a matte top coat that came out uneven and some areas of the nail came out more elevated than the rest. They charged me $75 for this. I think the work they did is at most worth $20 .Will not be going back unfortunately..

Ann did a GREAT job! And she got me in the day before Valentine's Day! 10 outta 10, I would recommend.

I've been going here for a couple years now & I wont go any place else ! I love everyone there & I think they ALL do a fantastic job, if you see something might be messed up or anything they fix it with no problems. They always take their time on my nails & always come out perfect ! It's a very comfortable place & everyone there is so friendly . Would recommend over any other nail salon !! How dare people give them bad reviews 🙄😡
