Sat there for a solid 25 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Spoke to everyone that walked into the door after me. Very disappointed in their customer service interaction. Will not be back. Only reason I gave them 1 star is because 0 stars wasn’t an option.

I have tried this place 3 times. The first being a manicure. It wasn't done correctly and i was rushed through the process. Everyone has bad days so i assumed this is one. A few months later an eye brow wax.not obly did she use the same stick and re-dip, she stopped in the middle of the wax to handle money. When i got up and left and got home, my husbamd pointed out i had something all over the front of my short. It was wax! She had not even mentioned it! I attempted them a 3rd time in a rush and got the older guy. He didmt clean out under my nails, didnt tell me to wash my hands, didnt handle my cuticles at all. Then the girl said "you no leave no tip. You no happy honey?" Well no.. The edges were rough, the polish job was bad. All around, I'll always advise anyone that asks to not go here!

My nails don't look the best, and are not all the right lengths. They didn't push my my cuticles and cut them. It is also very hard to communicate with the people. The man there also took an extra 20 that i handed him since I didn't have change and cause problems with me and my friend. My experience there in general wasn't to great. I would recomend 411 nails if you are planning to go some where.

DISHONEST COMPANY. DO NOT GO.
I only go here on Sundays when my normal salon is closed. I went this past Sunday to get a full acrylic set. I was told that the nail artist couldn't do my basic design that I wanted, which was fine. I chose another. However, the artist also did not understand the shape of nail I was asking for (squoval). I showed a picture before he cut my nails. He still filed them incorrectly. I showed a picture after and he began to argue with me about what I had asked for. I felt as if it would've been better at this point to get them taken off and go somewhere else who knew what they were doing.
I ended up directing the shape of the nails to be close to what I was asking for. This was frustrating to try to do while he watched football on his phone.
My second design that I asked for turned out great, but my cuticles were left so awful that I couldn't even post a picture of them. I was left with hangnails that I had to take care of myself. Cuticles weren't pushed down or cut, so now it looks like they've already grown out and it's only been TWO days. Not worth the $ spent.
EDIT: I WENT IN to get it fixed and was turned away. Awful service. Save your money for a honest company.
