The nail tech wasn't friendly she wore ear plugs, listening to music when she needed me to move my feet she would tap them rather than talk to me. I did get her attention to buff my toe nails some more. She told me that was my natural color of my toe nails because of my race. Then the customer next to us comment that I need to go to a foot doctor when I told her I had runners toe on my big toe to cut it back so I could apply medicine underneath. She continued to look at the other customer exchanging cocky looks between themselves. My daughter was on the left side of me getting a pedicure she said mom let it go cause if she said one more thing she would have to get involved. The nail tech when she finished didn't remind her ear plugs to direct me to the area to go to let my nails to dry or greet me in getting my shoes or where to go to pay. This was our first visit to this nail salon which we was out shopping. Of course I paid for my daughter. The tech that did my daughter pedicure conversation with her. Gather her purse and shoes walked with her to the drying section. After I paid for our services I walked back to the tech that did my daughter's and thanked him for his service and gave him a $10.00 tip. Which he looked surprised the tech that did mine's looked at the customer that commented and rolled her eyes.

Horrible customer service very rude and demanding! Nails were pretty but very loose. I went for a full set on a Wednesday 3 of my nails were broken by Thursday night !!!!!

They had great customer service and Tara made sure to get the cheap nasty old nails off my fingers and did exactly what I wanted. Did not want fake nails just wanted my natural nails to have more strength than they normally do because they are very thin and peel often. She did a fantastic job and we found a great gel polish color to put over top. I love this nail salon best one I’ve been to in Montgomery by far.

So.... it's my birthday and I came in here with the greatest attitude in the best mood. I'm currently sitting in the chair and all I can think is I should've heeded the reviews. You're not stealing my joy! I won't be frequenting this establishment ever again.
