Previously, I had tips put on because my nails are very weak. I had them done in another salon and almost all of the tips came off within less than a week. When I came to Urban Chic, I met B. B has done a great job on my nails and I've been very impressed with his precision and ability to color match exactly to the photos that I show him for inspiration. I will definitely keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to UrbanChic Nail Bar since 2022! Tran is my girl! She always has me walking away feeling confident and excited for our next nail design adventure. Whether it’s been a mani or pedi I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Thank you to the staff at UrbanChic for always creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Love this place! All staff is courteous and so friendly and provide fantastic service.
Amanda, who did my nail design, was especially wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and she had no problem giving me my dream nails for my wedding.
10/10 strongly recommend.

Love love love urban chic nail bar and their new owners!! I just started going back and Waverly has been doing my nails. She does a fantastic job, I highly recommend. I’ve gotten soooo many compliments on my most recent set that I may get it again lol

Update:
The pictures on the last slide are what you get to look at 5 days after coming here. Honestly this is embarrassing for them how bad this nail job is. All of the tips fell off because the lady did not Cary the nail gel under the nail to support the gelx nail. All paint has peeled off. Emailed owners, no response. How this even is a good business practice astounds me
I left out of town for a vacation which I told this tech, they won’t give me a refund on these nails that I have to pay someone else to fix. I would not come back here and honestly would avoid coming here if you can. Super disappointed by this experience.
The whole thing took 2 1/2 hrs for a set of nails, I kept showing the lady pictures of what I wanted and she just could not get it, a short black stilleto nail. The nail tech swore up and down that these gel x nails are better but they are not.
They are flimsy and already bending.
I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and by the time my nails were done it was 7:02 and I go to sit down for a pedicure and someone had walked in before I finished and they gave the spot up. I also noticed that when I sat down, other people were being offered wine or water, I wasn’t offered until someone sat right next to me and the other tech asked.
Not to mention that when we finished, the thumb nail that is now the peeled off just was wrinkly and Krinkled up, and he said that if I come back he will fix it… I told him I can’t, I go on vacation tomorrow… I got these done on Wednesday. Nails are already breaking and paint is coming off. Not what I was expecting for this place. Payed $75 for broken nails and peeling paint
