DO NOT GO TO ROSIES NAIL & HAIR SALON in Ventura next to Ross!!!!! Worst customer service ever!! Went to get my nails done with my mom and they claimed they knew how to apply nails and they seemed clue less , the man started drilling my nails and it started to shock me and I told him I didn’t want to the service and they locked the doors saying I needed to pay them the full price ( EVEN THO THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING YET) and that they would call the police! They called the police and the cops never even showed up!! The old lady there even grabbed me to stay! DO NOT GO THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR MONEY
