Very rude and not professional at all, every time i made an appointment i had to wait over an hour. They were all about the money and not about the costumer care, they charged me more after doing my nails without telling me. Very unfriendly and not welcoming when you walk in, they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. i would definitely not recommend to anybody else, there are better nail care services out there that value costumers. most definitely do NOT waist your time here.

Quite frankly I’m upset with how I was treated like a fool in front of everyone, but I will not be rude back on here. A woman left me at the front door to turn around and speak in her native language and laugh me. Regardless, they still do a very nice job. However, my night is still ruined... Shout out to that very special woman! Like I said before, they do an amazing job and usually they are very kind. So, I will still give a good rating.

Made an appt BUT still had to wait . They would say 30 minutes but it was over an hour wait ! Gave another chance and went again - this Time I walked in .. no body greeted me , I sat down and the guy who didnt have a client made eye contact with me and then went in the back thought he was coming right out but when he returned he still did not say anything to me ... how rude ! I left .. and won’t go back .. . they have lost my business and I plan on telling everyone not to go there !!!!! Sad cuz Julie is good but sadly when she is away the place falls apart . The husband gets too overwhelmed . They don’t answer the phone they tell walk ins to come another day .. it’s horrible .

HORRIBLE! !!! Service is terrible. I have given multiple chances since everyone can have a bad day but this is ridiculous. The quality of work isn't that great, lacks creativity but shop is located near my home so I've given more chances than I should have. I would highly recommend they hire more techs, even a receptionist as I've walked in and not even been acknowledged. Stood at the desk, where the employees clearly see you, and no one says a word. There are sooo many nail salons in toledo. Spend your money where it is appreciated and the work is good...which is absolutely not here!!

My favorite nail salon, period. The artists do a great job and the prices are fair. We came here for nails for my girlfriend’s wedding, they got a large group of us in and out quickly.
