They do a good job but its 100 dollars if you get a gel mani pedi, which is ridiculous because it's not fancy AT ALL. I lived in NYC and this place would be a 60 max. I live close by so it's convenient, but otherwise I would go elsewhere. The ladies are really nice and I would like to go more but it's unaffordable.

Very good craftsmanship and extremely comfortable seating. My shellac was done very competently and is holding up very well.

Hillary and Carol are lovely. I was able to go at lunch; they were fast and thorough.

This nail salon is nice but they do a crappy job when they are really busy. The older women cut my cuticles. She gripped my hands extremely tight and seemed extremely forceful. The paint job was not that great. This is disappointing because I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time since I live in the area. This was just my experience give it a go if you please.

I work at the Gallería down the street and always walk by this place. I saw cute photos on yelp so I decided to go since my nail technician is unavailable this month. Anyway I called ahead and scheduled a gel Full set because that is what I generally have done. The lady said $40 full set but with gel it would be $60 which I am used to as it varies $60-$80. Upon my arrival I discover that they don’t use gel fill just gel polish... first oops. Since I was there I decided it was just a little misunderstanding and decided to stay. I definitely wish I had not as the artificial nails were cut extremely short even though I specifically asked for long, almond nails. I even pointed to how long I wanted it to be once almond. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it because I get that there is a language barrier, but she stated she understood what I wanted. The first finger she cut looked fine so I didn’t pay attention when the rest began to decrease in length until it was too late. I asked her to remove the short ones because they were not the length I wanted, but she insisted it was my fault and I had to pay extra for removal. I was baffled and completely frustrated. After long back and forth they agreed to remove all the artificial nails. My hands are disgustingly dry and wrinkled after the removal process. Needless to say, I will never return here and I hope this does not occur to anyone else. Definitely waiting for my gal to come back.
