Went for a pedicure on 9/9/18 and the experience was horrible! I have been a customer there for several years and this was so disappointing. The tech clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Did not soak my feet until I kept asking and when he finally said to put my feet in the water it was ice cold. He trimmed my nails put the wax bags on and then hit rocks very quick massage less than a minute on each leg and then began prepping for the new polish without cleaning under the nails or doing the cuticles. I had to insist that he clean the nails three times. I also asked him why he was going to put the new polish over the old polish he had not removed from the sides of my nails. Before I knew it he poured half a bottle of nail polish remover over my foot and sandal . I asked him to stop and get Helen. Helen the owner came over and asked what the problem was and I explained what he was doing in this case what he wasn’t doing properly. She insisted everything looked fine to her despite the fact that the toes still had the old polish on them and the nails still were not clean. I told her I was not going to continue and asked her what I owed. Again I did not get what I came in for my toes weren’t polished and Helen insisted that I pay for a full pedicure !! I will never go back to a business that has such poor customer service and does not recognize their own errors and still charges the customer for a service not provided!! Shame on you Helen.

They do terrible on acrylics mine already broke and I got them 3 days ago and they do not know how to shape. I asked for coffin and they said oh extra 5 dollars so I said okay then they made them squared which was free? So I said this is square why am I getting charged I want coffin and they still didn't shape them and charged me I kept showing them pictures of a simple nail shape

My husband surprised me with A gift certificate. He asked the gentleman at the front for a wax and tip. Man at front told my husband that half the price of the wax was a good tip charging my husband $5.00 for a $10.00 wax. No price listed on the gift certificate. When I got to the shop I had to ask several times how much the certificate was for because he just kept saying "eyebrow wax and tip". Quite the joke! Won't be going back purely due to my husband being taken advatnage of.

Castle Nails a great salon it runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone is working hard and barely waiting for the next client. It is a little pricey but they do great manicures, pedicures and waxing.

Tech was friendly but my feet and nails left in better condition than when I got there. Nails all jagged, and cut uneven, bottoms of feet very rough, and toenail cuticles not clipped completely.
