I am soooo disappointed I could cry. I have very weak and brittle nails. I have spent 2 months using acrylic over my natural nails to grow them out. They were so long and pretty. I went to Lotus Nails to get my nails filled in and left clear (like I had been doing for 2 months) and my regular salon was closed this day. The lady who did my nails convinced me that dipping my nails would be better than acrylic. I thought sure, I'd give it a try. She wouldn't wait long enough for my nails to soak and she pried the acrylic off so hard my fi gets hurt and she broke 4 of my nails all the way to the quick. She then proceeded to cut all my other nails as short as the ones she broke. I was horrified. I told her just to put tips and acrylic on because they were so short they hurt. Her acrylic job is terrible! None of my nails are even or flat. I'm so sad because now I'll have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed and it will take all that time to grow my nails back out again and leave them natural.

Everytime I go into Lotus Nails, I am always greeted and attended to right away! All of the technicians are amazing and they are so talented! This is my number one nail salon for sure. Thank you Lotus Nails for making everyone of my experiences great!!! :)

I went to get my nails done for my WEDDING and it was awful..... my nails are not at all what I wanted and my mom hated hers aswell they got polish on her hands and her nails were so chunky and in even.
Only good thing was is that they were super nice.
We had to go across the street to fix them!

completely awful customer service. I came in an hour before they closed and they instantly acted annoyed with me. after telling me to pick a color they told me exactly everything I wanted they didn't have so I told them I was stepping outside for a moment then turn around to have the door locked BEFORE closing. so I called while standing outside the door and watched them blatantly ignore the phone. I'll be returning tomorrow to talk to the owner.
