My experience here was very distasteful! Their chip reader would not read the chip on my card and they treated me as if I had insufficient funds. Told me to leave something worth more than $58 (my total) there while I went to get money off my card. As if they didn’t trust that I would come back or as if it was my fault that their chip reader did not work! As I went to sit down and wait on my mom to bring the money, bc just like they did not trust me (I did not trust leaving my things with them).. they followed me as if I was trying to run out on them! Not to mention that a week later my Gel Polish (that I paid $15 extra dollars for) has completely come off of my left hand. The right hand is fine!

I went because I had a gift certificate. I still have money on it, but I'm not sure I want to go back! I NEVER get my nails done so I was a little lost walking in. They were very impatient and seemed unwilling to explain anything to me. The guy who actually did my nails did not say a word to me the whole time (which I am personally okay with). However, there's polish on my fingers and the polish doesn't even fully go to my nail bed. Definitely wouldn't go back if I didn't have the gift certificate.

Linda is very rude, and argumentative. Her job is very sloppy and rushes to get more people. Always talking on the phone with someone while doing nails. Is why her work is so sloppy. She should pay attention and nurture the customer. They charge too much for that kind of bad work.

I have been to this salon twice. Both experiences were good. Took off the roughness which felt so good. Not a face lift but a foot lift. 🤣💚
The lady who greets and asks you to pick a color is not very friendly. The gentlemen who did my feet was friendly but not to where I would request him again. They could be more engaging. Thanx though for the happy feet. 🤣🤣

My friend and I had the worst pedicure we have ever had! They rubbed our toes so hard when trying to take off the old nail polish. Not relaxing! Hardly soaked our feet. Didn't take off rough skin. Didn't file toe nails. New nail polish was put on so fast they didn't paint the entire toe nails. We spent more time drying our toes then the actual pedicure. We highly recommend NOT wasting your money at this salon.
