Front desk was incredibly unprofessional from the moment I made the appointment. They were even more rude and unprofessional when I arrived. "Loo" didn't acknowledge that I had been sitting for over 15 mins after my original appointment time. I asked her how much longer I would have to wait. She told me to be patient and that it would be any minute. I made this appointment for that specific time because I work. The stylist I originally was supposed to see couldn't make it so I was handed off to someone else. I don't think I even had a chance to remember her name. I asked for a trim, paid and left. There was No way I was gonna have her do layers on my hair. She seemed very New and still very clueless about her chosen career. The salon itself is dated, with ancient computers, old gross looking chairs and crusted over products that the stylist use on their guests. Owners daughter was sitting near me getting her hair done and wouldn't stop complaining about the "people who come in" like hello there is a guest sitting right next to you. Very unprofessional. Only one young lady came to me and asked if I'd like a beverage. Wish I New her name. She was also so friendly as I checked out. Very pretty Hispanic girl with ombe hair. Other plus. I was able to leave and never turn back. Don't waste your time or money here.

I have gotten a balayage done here, deep conditioning twice, and my hair cut. My stylist and the staff have been extremely friendly. They answer all my questions including cost with no problems. Every time has gone well. My cut was beautiful, wonderful color, and very soft nice smelling hair from the botanical conditioning . Definitely give the place your business!

Only came to this salon because of the hair dresser that has done my hair for two years started working here. I pay top dollar and expect the best for a salon. I went to pay at the counter after my appointment and the lady swiped my debt card and then when I went to write my tip on the receipt there was not place to add a tip and sign so I asked the lady how I could leave a tip for my stylist and she said she could run my card again. She asked how much I wanted to leave and I told her $40 would be fine so she ran my card and instead of charging my card $40 she charged it the $40 I agreed with plus the total amount for the bill again! I went to sign that copy realizing what she had done, charging me twice. I asked the cashier if the first transaction was voided, and she said yes it was, and that it will still show it on my account for maybe a day or two and it would fall off. So I left after that. Gave it a week. The charges were still on my account so I called the salon to talk to someone about what needs to be done about my situation and they said they would call the bank and take care of it. Weeks and weeks of talking back and forth to get them to refund my money. I decided to go up to the salon again to try and talk to them in person to figure out what was going on. I come in and ask for the manager and they were very rude and then the owners daughter comes out and is literally like "I'm the manager!!" Like straight out of mean girls rude, like who are you and why are you in MY salon. After a brief word with her she sent me off with no answer other than that she didn't know. They were not very helpful so I continued to try and get an answer and talking them again and again and then they changed things as to blame the situation on me and my bank. I had to file a fraud report on them and that was the only way I got my money back more than a month later. I hate this salon and would never recommend this place my stylist soon left after because they took money from her and wouldn't pay her. They definitely have money problems.

I've been going to this salon for just over a year now and love it. My hair dresser is Michael and he does amazing work, truly trust him to do anything with my hair. I will come in with a new hair color idea and let him run with it, as always he blows me away with his talent. This place is a little pricey but I've watched all the other hair dressers and they do wonderful work, plus due to all the natural organic materials they use is why they charge a little extra. This salon to me does have a little bit of a snooty feel to it, but hey its around downtown so your going to get that vibe anything just about. They have complimentary wine, tea, and lemonade there which I always take advantage of. Overall I would and have recommended this place to others. Only real negative I have is I wish the waiting area had better seats and with backs to them, and the parking across the street in the parking garage sometimes is annoying since I'm not used to that but they do validate when need be.

Do NOT buy the groupon! They don't tell one you in the fine print that only one stylist accepts it and only on weekdays. Then when you do get a spot, they call and cancel it!!!!! And get mad at you, the costumer for being upset after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment in the first place. Also, ask for a manager. Let me know what they say. On Saturday, I was told there was no manager until Tuesday.
