I LOVE Kim! She did my first lip injections and she was unbelievable! I had so many questions, concerns, wanted to know how to achieve a certain look. She was so educational, and thoroughly answered everything I threw at her. She told me the steps she was going to take to help me achieve the look I was describing and showing her in pictures. She really made me feel valued in my consultation, like she wanted to be there, that she didn't mind that it was taking forever because new questions kept coming up. She was incredibly supportive, and I could not have picked a better professional. She even gave me her personal card and told me to text her if I had any questions come up whenever, and invited me to send her pictures of my lips if I had any concerns. Love her! Highly recommend! My lips turned out beautifully. Thank you for a fabulous FIRST TIME experience! Will never to go to anyone else.

From the time I walked through door to the time I left, I was treated with amazing hospitality! The staff were so warm and welcoming. Rhonda did an amazing job with my facial and was very detail-oriented to fit my needs. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards! Would recommend Xanadu Med Spa to anyone! They are Mrs. Rocky Mountain 2018 approved!

I had a skincare consultation with Antonia. She was amazing and helped me pick out great products for my skin. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable.

Long waits and rude management and staff. Just read the righteous responses from the management to unsatisfied customers. Here, the customer is only right if they are thrilled with the service. Go to one of the other dozens of excellent places in town where the customer experience is actually important to the management.

Pretty pricy, but worth it. I used their groupon for a 110 min facial and message spa package. I got another one to go back again.
