Hate this place will never come again. They rushed and did my feet and then did not do a good job would never recommend this place to anyone truly prejudiced but they sure want our money my feet didn't look like this when I came in and of course this is from them using that file on your foot it's been a couple of years since I've had one but now I'm going to have to use a puma Stone to try to even out my skin totally disappointed just like I said we'll never come back would never recommend the people that were already in the shop with their feet soaking got done only a couple of minutes before she was done with me now what kind of sense does that make if I came in after them none whatsoever my soaking and everything was done the same time the old guy next to me was still getting his nails clipped and filed when she was putting lotion on my feet a rush job and no plans on giving the big tip that I was going to give will take my services elsewhere they truly don't appreciate the customers that come now that I'm seeing the reviews really upset at myself because I didn't choose to look at the reviews before I chose to go to the salon it was the first one when I got into Olive Branch my initial plan was to go to the one in Walmart but I did not sometimes you need to follow your first mind and unfortunately I did not follow mines but they don't have to worry anymore because I will no longer support this nail establishment I wish more people would read the reviews I guess from now on I will take my advice and start reading them myself and doing more reviews in the future I know I do many but nearly not enough I guess it's time to take out time to Warren other patrons so they can get their money's worth or better yet better service because we do truly work hard for the money that we make on a daily basis to just give it away to someone that doesn't appreciate our business if I ever think about going to this nail shop again I would just roll the window down and throw the $30 out I'll probably get a better response

I come here at least once a month to get my nails done, and the service is always amazing! They work really hard to get everyone in and out as quickly as they can. They are also very neat and observant if you get your eyebrows waxed. I had one service where my gel starting peeling two days later and they redid my manicure for free! Excellent staff & service. Highly recommend!

I have only gotten pedicures here, but every time has been fantastic. I get seated right away, they are gentle, and have always done a great job. Also, their prices can't be beat!

Looks like management may have changed? Not quiet as friendly, I think prices went up. We'll see if they can maintain their quality.

Very Poor Customer Services. The lady tech that speaks "better" english then the rest of them is very rude.The guy techs are nasty. Very disappointed with my services. I got a eyebrow wax, pedicure and full set. They did horrible! I never go back again, and I stay 5 mins away from there!!! I spent $84 and I'll take my business somewhere else. I do think they are prejudice and cater to certain color and an age. I would put up a picture but I'm way to embarrassed. Would we give no stars if that was an option. Please go spend your money elsewhere!!!

My first jello pedicure..Wow it felt so good. Very clean and customer service was excellent. Will definitely be back again.
