RUUUUUNNNN!!!! Wow I’m not the type to usually write reviews on places but I had to this time. I visited this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon in the mall after the other salon had a long wait and I didn’t feel like waiting for awhile but no I wish I would have waited on the other salon. I walked in and they didn’t even speak to me or greet me in any way. They have a young girl that was nice and finally said what can I do for you. The others I’m guessing the owners maybe were HORRIBLEEEE do not be in a business where customer service is such a huge deal where it makes or breaks a persons experience. Then during the pedicure the man told me my toe nail was bleeding because I did it.....he also put like a rub or something that smelt good but then washed it all off at the end of the so called “pedicure”. I have no idea how this place is still in business it was supposed to be relaxing yet it lasted all of 10 minutes. I’m wonder what I even payed for none of the equipment was clean and they didn’t even wash out the tub before another lady came in right after me like how gross....the worst part was when I went to pay the normal pedicure price he tried to keep my change like no sir you will not be receiving any type of tip the way I was treated don’t get me wrong I will always tip after a great pedicure but this was not one of those. I was seriously so pissed walking out of that place I will never return everrrrrrrr...ok I’m done people!!!!

HORRIBLE! Do NOT waste your time or money in this place. I went only because I was already in the mall & I had a broken nail that I needed to repair. When I walked in, it was crowded & the man already had an attitude and told me to sit down and wait. After I sat down he got smart & asked me why I sat down if I hadn’t picked out a color yet. While I was picking out a color (the bottles were dusty might I add), he kept asking if I was ready like I was on his time and not my own. I let my friend go first since she was only getting a color change...you can still see where the previous color was on her nails and the new color on her nails doesn’t even start by her cuticles. When he repaired my nail, he had to redo it 3x because he didn’t know what he was doing and kept telling me it was MY fault because my nails weren’t shaped right. He tried to pass off a horribly shaped nail that looked nothing like the others & when I called him out he snatched my hand and told me it was because it was still wet and once again, it was my fault not his. I took a picture of his establishment when I left & he followed me outside to tell me to take my pictures off of my phone. I won’t be back & I won’t be deleting pictures off of my phone. Don’t go to this joke of a nail shop.

They don’t even deserve a one. The people were rude. And I could barely understand them. She kept yanking my arm around and she cut me multiple times and the nails done look good. They hurt and honestly I want to rip them off. DO NOT GO HERE I RECOMMEND TIP IN TOES IN BEL AIR MALL
