I am new to town and tried Panopoulos for a color, cut and style, and eyebrow wax. The staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and helped me find a stylist that fit my needs and budget. I was very happy with my stylist (Ashley), and have continued to go to her for my hair styling needs. The building is clean and well-kept. They always offer you a drink when you come in and have a place to hang up your jacket. They have great selection in styling products available for purchase and in my experience the stylists are very good at directing you to products that will work well with your hair and lifestyle.

I got my hair done here for a wedding yesterday and the lady that did my hair only ratted it and it was time to take out my hair for the night it came out in chunks. I would never recommend them.

I payed $80 for my hair last year and I forgot to write a review about it. The girl literally fried my hair. I grew my hair out for 4 years and my hair stylist who I pay now had to chop it all off because the last person I went to fried my hair to the point where it was gonna fall out. I have pictures and honestly your guys company should watch people’s actions because the girl who did my hair didn’t seem to like her career. A career should be taken very professionally like a hair stylist should. She was a level 2. But to fry someone’s hair that took years of hard work to grow out, of course I’m gonna be mad. I have before and after pictures. If you wanna be a hair stylist, please do your job right. That’s how you attract more costumers. Do your studying right, before damaging good healthy hair. I’m not trying to talk badly about your guys company, but the girl who did my hair should be testing dolls instead of natural hair. I hope the best wishes with you guys.. but I found a good hair stylist and I won’t be attending with you guys anymore. It’s sad that one bad expirence you lost a good costumer. But that’s why everyone who you employ should take their job very seriously.

Every girl I've had here does a great job. I've been coming back to this salon for about two years now and have yet to be disappointed!
