Always great customer service! I've never felt more comfortable at a nail salon. I drive from out of town to see them and will continue to do so :) also great prices, its still cheaper to go there than my local salon even with the extra gas.

I'm sorry I have to even give this place one star. How do you scrape the side of someone's foot that badly and not know it? I mean, come on, heel calluses are on the HEEL, right? I asked the girl to stop and she resumed. Save yourself. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Today I assited my Client to get her a pedicure and a Full set of Nails, the Nail techs were very rude to my client and we were discriminated because of her wheelchair, they let us sit there for almost an hour while they helped 2 people who just walked in. I felt so bad for my client what a thing to say. The Man there said we cant do her nails because of her wheelchair!!!!! I told them let me assist her in the recliner, but he still said No, and to put her at the End because we can't sit her in the recliner. Very rude and Selective upon Customers. Very sad and very rude.

It was honestly terrible. I’ve been going here for year and have always loved it. New ownership has taken over it recently and let me just say this is terrible. I had acrylic nails already and wanted to get them off and no one understood what I was asking. When I finally got them to understand that I simply wanted the nails off they got pocket pliers and snapped the nails in half. They ended up breaking two of my real nails doing this and it was terrible. I’ve never had someone remove acrylics that way. They then soaked my hands and made me sit there for and hour with my hands soaking to get the rest of the acrylics off. It was terrible and they ladies were rude very rude. I ended up just walking out and going to the Walmart nail salon to get the rest of the nails off.
