Horrible place and worst service. Very rude. I will never ever go there. They don’t care about what customers like. They do what they want and argue about it. Incompetent staff. If possible I would give a zero rating.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Now I’ve only been twice but both experiences were amazing always so quit and the results are BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank y’all all so much. Highly recommend.

Awful. All I wanted was my nails painted. The guy kept on about making me spend more money, buy this, get that. I don't know how many times I repeated that I just want my nails painted. Well, the guy was nice to me until I noticed how he was doing a crappy job. He made my nails rough on the edges and the paint job was not professional. And when I tried to discuss it with him, he was so very rude. He even knocked over the nail polish and spilled it on the table. Not to mention the horrible selection of colors. You should never judge someone by how much money you think they have! This place has no interest in keeping you as a client. Their only interest is how much money you are spending right then. SMH.

The place was rude, very vulgar when I first walked in, they didn’t ask my gender and just assumed I was a man and because I’m a man they denied me service, I’m a transgender and that was awful experience the front desk guy was extremely coropotive he was even shocked at the service they we’re giving me. When he spoke to him after denying me service he looked at me very ugly and laughed straight to my face. Overall what happened to me personally was not ok and I’m sure I wasn’t the first person to go through that. I wouldn’t recommend trying them out, there just a bunch of arrogant self entitled people.
