Called location and got hours and prices. We arrive shortly after 5pm and open sign was still flashing in window. Salon closes at 6pm. When my daughter and I walked in to request a basic manicure, we were refused service stating that they were closed. There were only 2 other customers in the salon when we arrived at 5:10pm. I questioned the front desk person because the sign on the door clearly stated that they closed at 6pm and the open sign was on but yet we were still refused services. We will never visit this location again.
UPDATE 4/19/18:
When I wrote my previous review this place was Nail Studio. Since then, the location has come under new management and changed the name. I must say, the atmosphere and customer service is the best that I've experienced in a local nail salon in a very long time. I definitely will be back and highly recommend to everyone.

I experienced chemical burn on 5 nails. They fought me on issue- said it was there when I entered. Dermatologist said no long term damage but 2 nails must grow out until burn is gone. I wish I could take a picture- Sunday will be 2 weeks and chemical burn still on 2 nails prominently—3 nails marginally- edges. Awful experience. Low price ($40) and I tipped $10- just not a good experience.

First time here, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The workers are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend ! :)

The WORST nail salon I've ever visited. Got a fill in on Sunday, by Tuesday 3 nails were broken. When I went back to get them repaired, the ENTIRE staff had an attitude and were rude the entire time. They also tried to blame the nails that broke on me. One nail came completely off. And the other 2 split down the middle.
