I went to get my nails done, and I didn't have much and I'm pretty sure how much space between my cuticle and my nail . should not be their, I am honestly disappointed for even going for the first time in years. For a first its sad to say it will be my last.

I went in about an hour and a half before they closed for a full set. We finished about five minutes before they closed and I went to the drying station and the guy told me I had 10 minutes left till they were done drying. Said OK sat down and waited for them to dry, about five minutes after that another guy came up and asked to see them and told me they were dry but when he tested them I saw his thumb print go on it and he proceeded to make me leave. So I leave and go to pull my keys out of my pocket and completely mess up three of my nails because they were not done drying. Then the following day as I go to get into my car one of my nails breaks because it wasn’t properly put on. The beautician who did them rushed through because they wanted to leave early with no regards to how the appearance of them looked. Poor attention to detail. On top of that their sign reads $35 for a full set and $40 for manicure, I also took my mother who got a manicure and I was charged $95 total at the end. If my maths correct that’s $20 not accounted for. I could see the extra $5 for the shaping because most places I go charge $5 for the coffin shape or any extra shaping they do. But that’s still $15 dollars for what?.. And no I did not tip after I saw what they charged. I wouldn’t waist my time or money.

Horrible nails from two different nail techs! Both sets were bad and they cut my friends cuticles were left bleeding! Her polish looked like bubbled cheese.

After my pedicure I was seated at area to let my toe polish dry. I was there less than 10 mins when I was tapped on my shoulder and asked "are you done?" I said I don't know, am I? They were wanting to sit someone else down and I felt rushed out of there. The worse part, the polish was not completely dry and stuck to my socks. What a waste of money. Not relaxing at all.
