it’s a walk-in, no appointment necessary. i walked in and no one greeted me, but i just sat down anyway. there were a couple people before me & 30 minutes later i was in a chair. the lady i had was singing and in a good mood, i showed her the nails i wanted and the shape and she said okay and itll be $45 before we even got started so i knew the cost right away (acrylic with gel and a design). she accidentally gave me coffin shaped nails (i usually do stiletto which are really pointy) and she realized her mistake and told me she can still change them but they’ll be a little shorter so she’ll take $5 off. the woman who did my design seemed a little rushed and laughed that it wasn’t perfect (the design were little daisies on my ring finger). customer service is a little bad but my nails still turned out really cute. i’m not from michigan, and my usual place is $45 without a design so i think they had a pretty good price & id go again. only rated 4 stars because my nails are shorter than my usual & the girl who painted the design rushed it

The woman who did my mani/pedi tonight was amazing. Another woman did the design on my nails and seemed rushed. Its not horrible and it wasn't the easiest design to start with so I'm not upset but i think when I go for a fill and polish change I'll go for something much simpler

Had a poor experience there. I asked what gel would cost for a full set, seeing regular for a mani/pedi is $37. The lady said, "40." I asked three times if that was mani and pedi combined and she said yes. The lady doing my nails was more focused on the tv or other's conversations. Then came time to pay...$65?!?! I asked and she argued with me, so I gave up and said, "Must have been my misunderstanding." Then when she handed me my receipt to sign, she hovered so I felt bad and had to leave a tip. Annnnnnd, she painted my toes, especially, very poorly. Plus my feet are so dry, drier than when I went in. Plus, she cut my nails way too short, without asking. I would go elsewhere if I were you. Nice people, bad experience.

The Best place in town. Kim did my manicure, i love my beautiful nails! she is very detailed.. i will highly recommend this place 🙂
