I had my nails done at Kiss nails multiple times in the past. Not every two weeks regular but, enough the owner recognized me. Over time the work was more and more sloppy. Eventually I stopped going there. After a year hiatus I went back today. They were practically empty on a Friday afternoon. She did not listen when I asked for a manicure to clean up my nails. She just drilled away with the dremmel. I pointed out a cut on my finger tip. She just slapped nail glue on my cut without saying anything to me. I showed her the almond shape nails I asked for with slight white tips. The nails she did looked horrible. Very lazily done. When I pointed out they looked nothing like what I asked for she was upset. Rushed through the nails and did a horrible job. She is the owner of the business and was scoffing when I didn’t leave a tip. I know how much reviews can affect a small business and would only leave a bad one with much consideration. Kiss nails very much earned the bad review today. I will never go back.

Pedicure was ok, not the best but ok. The manicure however was horrible. $25 for 3 minutes. The tech was argumentative when I told her that my nails were too thin to hold artificial nails or a dip. I advise finding a better friendlier salon.

They are excellent! Efficient, kind, great quality. My first choice for nails in Joplin.

Had my nails and toes done on Friday. Paid a hundred dollars and didn't get my cuticles cut, didn't file the sides of my nails, and the paint on two of my toes was so sloppy it went over the edge of the nail and didn't file it away. Once they started getting busy, she just rushed me out of there
