THo, very GOOD person to see. They all does the massage to the neck and upper back after a manicure and pedicure just get the whole works it's worth it just go in pamper yourself. She does a great job. I recommend her. Yes ,I do the name is THo. She real nice too.☺👏👏👏

Horrible just horrible! They lost me completely as a customer that has been there for over 8yrs along with my mother and grandmother! They have a new lady that is completely rude and disrespectful plus can’t do nails and probably isn’t even licensed!! But I contacted better business bureau they’ve got it!
Btw she had no clue what she was doing! It was horrible my finger tips are so sore.

I tried this place out as a last minute option. Only wanted a simple manicure. I walk in, tell them what I want, they tell me to pick a color and what station to sit. I pick my color and sit. A lady brings bowlnof water for me to soak hands. About 10 minutes later, 3 ladies walk in together wanting pedicures and manicures. They pick their colors and sit in the pedicure chairs. Lady comes and starts taking their polish off. 10 minutes later another lady comes and starts one of their pedicures. I’m pissed, but still waiting. 5 minutes later another worker comes and starts working on another pedicure. I politely took my hands out of the water, wiped them off, and left out! They started yelling asking me to stay. Nope!!! I guess because the other customers were paying more I had to wait. Not sure. Won’t find out. Won’t be back. There are tons of nail shops to choose from. On top of that, they’re not a top salon. They don’t do anything fancy. And they don’t look to clean. I always look for bleach products to clean the pedicure basins. And all I saw was basic soap. This causes fungi and other gross infections!

I wish I would've read the reviews before hand!! TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money. Very rude and took waaaay too long@

Pedi
1. The customer service was horrible from the front to the back
2.small selection of colors (staff was upset I wanted 2 change color)
3. The lady that did my pedi skipped steps(like cleaning under toenails)
4. The order of operation for the pedi was off
5. The oil/lotion mix for the massage on the legs & feet looked like cottage cheese & very sloppy
6. When done the lady put lotion on my legs and feet but didn't even rub it in just put my pants legs down on top of lotion

Repeat of #3 from pedi
The only good thing was the back massage the lady gave me. The back massage not my mani/pedi that I was actually there for.
