Will NEVER go back!!!! Had acrylic nails done and they chipped less than a week later!! Spent $35 + tip and they were super rude and would not accommodate re-doing my nails or give me any money back. Take the drive to POSH nails in Wyoming by Metro Health! Their nails are $5 cheaper and last OVER a month!!! Zero chipping and the only reason I need to get them re-done is because they are so grown out!! Never been so disappointed. Spend your money wisely and choose the right nail salon! Will be sure to tell all my friends and co-workers too. They didn't seem to care at all that they lost my business. I would much rather give my money to people to appreciate it.

This is, bar none, the BEST place in a 50 mile radius to get your nails done. I've been coming here for over 10 years, have followed them to their new location in Standale ( they used to be located within Meijers), and now, since I've moved to Holland, I STILL come here, and it's a 50+ mile round trip for me.
Yes, they speak in Vietnamese. They ARE VIETNAMESE! Don't you speak English when you're working? They don't have an obligation to speak English...you're paying to have your nails done, not have a conversation, and they aren't obligated to make you privy to their conversations.
So far as "attitude," some people have better people skills than others. Also, although some comments may be a bit inappropriate, remember, they are of another culture. They are just trying to be friendly. TELL them a comment is inappropriate and why. You would be doing a favor.
Lastly, this is the cleanest, best managed, most particular place around and the prices are outstanding! I highly recommend!

Got pedi then when guy was doing mani I got up to wash hands and he had another person in my seat with all my belonging sitting there and had to reach over her to get my belongings. They did not even finish my nails

Love it. SUPER clean and open and modern looking. By far the best place I've ever gone. They have a ton of really nice massage chairs (think I counted 17), it would be great for big parties like weddings, etc. Everyone was very friendly and I got the best pedi I've ever had. Can't beat the price either, $25, but bring your cash, they aren't able to put tips on debit/credit.
