My second time getting my nails done here and I absolutely love them. Sunni is great!! She offered me options and made the experience smooth. She did my nails just like the picture I brought with me. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and clean. I have a new nail shop.

Emily and her staff are very professional. My nails are always gorgeous and last a long time! I love that I can make appointments and they have a large variety of colors and products. If nail art and design your thing... This is the place for you! Definitely try this place out!

They do a decent job on your nails, but the whole coupon that they offer is a ploy. They literally use it to get you in the door, The last time I was there I couldn’t find my coupon for the previous time, so I got a new one. That was fine because it’s my fault I couldn’t find it. Anyways, I was given a new coupon which said I would get 20% off of my next visit 20/100, was written on the coupon. You to think that meant 20% correct? Considering that’s what the lady told me and what’s listed on their website. During my last visit I spent over $100 and they didn’t wanna give me the 20% off. It’s like they anticipate you spending more knowing you have a coupon, then surprise The offer we gave you last time is no longer valid. No matter how much you spend, they don’t put any credibility towards the coupon that says 20% off. It’s like they pick and choose what discount is deserved that day. And then when you ask for an explication it it’s literally explained like a scheme, “next time next time next time” it just doesn’t make any sense. There are way too many nail salons in the Charlotte area to settle, drive a little further up or down any street anyway and you’ll have a better experience than you will here. Oh, and If you decide to have service done here space-don’t ask them to change or fix anything to your liking, that’s like you’re asking them to drive a get away car they look at you so crazy 🤣 I hate that I have to post this because I really liked coming here overtime! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This establishment isn’t worth the time at all.

I’ve been Coming since high school and always satisfied!!! My nails last so long and neat . They even have a remodeled set up I love it very comfortable and great quality in nail supply

Definitely would NOT recommend! They are rude, they do not care about their customers, & nails do not last. I got a pedicure & my gel polish came off just an hour after leaving. Please find another salon cause this one is not it!
