Rude, wanted mani/pedi but wouldn't stop talking long enough to explain, snatched paper with prices on it out of my hand, wanted deluxe pedi but never asked us what we wanted so we ended up with classic... should I keep Going?

As a man, this was my first manicure and/or pedicure, so I don't have much to compare this with. However, I had an excellent experience with both. Great job, very relaxing, very nice people working there. Highly recommend. I will be returning often.

Language Gap. She filed my nails so hard, she actually filed in 3 of my fingers and made me bleed. Then she added when I pointed out, that this is what happens when one uses new nail file. Huh? Not very happy with job either

i went to get my acrylics filled and my thumb nail was cracked. they had to remove the old acrylic and apply a new one. they removed my acrylic with a plastic nail tip! i contacted one of the friends who's an nail technician and she said that's so BAD for the nail. (another thing when i was going to get them done i had to wait an hour before they started my nails) they were letting people who just entered get there's done first. what a horrible nail salon. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
