I come to Pampered & Polished for the pedicures! I love the way Valerie does pedicures. Being a diabetic, my feet have extra callouses and dry skin. Valerie takes her time and does such a great job. When she's done working on them I'm amazed at how soft, smooth and pretty they are! I feel like a woman afterward. Even my husband complements me on them. They aren't snagging anything anymore. She really takes her time to make sure the callouses are smooth and all taken down. It's not just about the massage, it's about the quality of work that she does. My polish always lasts for such a long time too. I've been a loyal customer for 7 or 8 years and will continue to be. I highly recommend Pampered & Polished Salon Spa! I haven't found anyone in Fairbanks or North Pole to match the manicures and pedicures!

I'm new to Alaska and wanted to have my hair dyed, so I found this place online and it was close to home and had an average review so I thought I'd try it out. The "salon" is like a converted garage with concrete floors painted pink. All of the chairs and pedicure chairs are old and have tears in them, the owners children were running around interrupting her while dying my hair. Her son helped her but she kept having to tell him what to do, and not quietly. As far as the hair dying goes I paid $65 for black hair when I asked for and pointed to brown, the same sink used to clean out the detoxing machine for FEET was used to rinse out my hair, she put the dye all over my scalp, neck, ear, and forehead and blamed me for having dry skin when she couldn't get it off. They let their cat run around the "salon" and this is not a professional establishment and you should only go here if you are okay with having animals and children running around. And two days after having my hair dyed I washed my hair and had dye running down into the tub. Never had that happen before with any other salon!

I love Pampered & Polished Salon Spa, they are the best salon I've been to in quite some time. Their Signature Pedicures and Manicures are the BOMB! They take care of you very well and are always kind and courteous. I feel pampered every time!

With me being a man, it is hard to get a haircut that looks good on me. I am very picky about how people cut my hair. After getting my haircut, I was very pleased because Valerie had given me an awesome haircut. I was shocked because it looked better than any other salon had given me before. I now am looking forward to my next haircut.

i hate it. i went here to get a waxing and it was by far the worse. she waxed me and i guess the wax didnt work because she had to go back an pluck them herself and on top of that when i got home i still had hair. WTF it was a waste of money and time.
