Very disappointing experience. Not sure if the people here are licensed nail technicians. Children of the workers here were unkempt and unruly running all over the place and knocking about, even knocking into the workers who were with patrons, one boy was riding his bike through the salon. My co-worker saw they had a dangerous electrical set up near the pedicure area where there's a lot of water. Now my pedicure was fine, it was my nails that was the disaster. The lady didn't know what she was doing, and she took an extremely long time. When I expressed my dissatisfaction another worker came over to work on my nails. He tried his best to fix my nails. He did his best but my nails still looked funny. Then he had to work on somebody else so the first lady came back to complete my nails. By this time I was a little wary. The lady made no assistance to help me find certain colors for my nails. She simply gave me about 8 rings of sample nail colors which probably had about a thousand colors total. The lady went off to clean the pedicure tubs and simply wasn't interested or helpful. At this point I had a head ache and was ready to go... even though my nails were unfinished. When I went to pay they kept me waiting (which I could've walked out) and I had to verbally tell the lady I was ready to pay. The lady knew I was dissatisfied with my nails and the fact I couldn't allow them to finish because the lady didn't know what she was doing... despite all this she overcharged me on my nails. I am thinking of disputing the charge with my bank because I'm not going to pay for a service that was poorly done or not completed to satisfaction. I wish I could give zero stars. Do not go to this unprofessional nail salon (and possibly unlicensed nail techs... with no baby sitters for their children).

Love these guys. They do amazing nails for a good price. We travel over an hour to get there and I won't go anywhere else.

Visiting Laramie from Kansas on vacation. I needed a full set and gel polish. Phu took care of me he was very happy, positive and up beat. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. I have been getting my nails done for years and can honestly say that,
This has been the best my nails have ever looked! Great experience!

Every time I go to Laramie I get my nails done here, & every time my nails come out exactly how I want them! Definitely recommended this nail spa. I was so impressed this last time because they were super busy and still managed to give me exactly what I wanted!!
