They are super kind and very personable. They do great jobs, especially Kim. They work hard to satisfy their clients. I'm not sure what kind of experience the customers that have given less than 4 stars had, but obviously the customer must had been having a bad day that day, and clearly took it out on Crystal Nails.

I normally don't rate an establishment this low. A friend and I went to the establishment. I walked in first and asked if they could assist both of us. The lady waved at the empty seats and said yes. I told her we would be right back. I came back with my friend and they said pick color. While I picked color, they seated my friend. The other lady in the shop said she would help me when she finished. About 25 minutes after we arrived, the lady was wrapping up and another person walked in. The lady greeted the new arrival and began to work on her instead of I. My friend stopped the mani pedi and just asked them to finish the pedi. The lady doing her pedi asked if I would be back later for the rest. I said no, I'm going somewhere else.
It was my first and last time visiting this salon.
