I have not and will not go back to this salon. The staff is very rude and always acts like they are in a hurry to move on to the next customer. I thought making an appointment would alleviate this but still felt I was being rushed through the process. It would be very helpful if the owner would teach their employees the art of people skills. Very much needed.

I will say my nails look wonderful and they did an excellent job! This was my first experience at this salon. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because during my visit they wanted me to sit right next to another customer and I asked to sit at another table because I wanted to ensure social distancing. As soon as I asked, I felt staffs demeanor change toward me and they weren’t very friendly and visibly annoyed. One of the employees who wasn’t doing my nails told me rudely I shouldn’t come to a salon and expect to not sit by people. I realize I chose to go to a public place but they were not busy and there was room to space us out. I apologized and offered to pay for the work that had done and leave if they could not accommodate. My technician just told me to sit down and finish. It was awkward and felt a bit rude. I wish that experience had went better, but am grateful my nails look great.

I went in with my sister who is a regular. This was my 4th time coming and my second time bad experience. The technician was not able to speak English at all and did not even look at me the entire time. She was rough and torn up 2 of my fingers drawing blood. Then kept the tool i bled on.. She said sorry then went on to give a really bad gel nail job. Within
5 days all the nail polish is cracking and flaking off. I will never be back.

The place itself is very clean and all of the staff are super welcome and friendly. I did not feel as if they were gossiping about me-like I have experienced at other nail salons.
I will definitely be coming back again.
