They are very selfish and pushy. I tried setting up an appointment at this place and they were very inconsiderate. They just want money and that’s all. There reviews are awful so I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. There is no air in that place just fans. I’ve heard from several different people that they are very pushy and only one person in there that is nice. Maybe y’all should try good customer service! When people turn there high dollar products down they get pushy and make you feel awful and forced to do it.

Owner is very sweet. I arrived at 7 p.m on a Saturday for a pedicure. They close at 7:30, but they said no problem. They closed on time but my tech stayed and finished my pedicure. I left at 8:30 completely relaxed and happy. Such nice people! Will go back!

I made a last minute reservation for four (two women and two girls) and they accommodated us with ease. Everyone was very friendly. The four of us had the pleasure of meeting Megan who did a fantastic job! They did great with my two girls and made them feel comfortable.

They don’t deserve any stars. The DOUBLE DIP in the wax . Do NOT go to get a Brazilian wax from here . It was rough and the wax was EXTREMELY too hot . And I got a huge slice in my leg . The service was terrible.

Quality depends on which technician you get. My last Mani and pedi was not good. Wish I new manager s name and the technician so I could report it. I've been going thete off and on for years. Also went to Envy Nail on Wendover. They are the same owner. I came home and rebuffed my feet. Wasted my money.
