I understand mess ups happen sometimes... I was the last client for the day, so my usual nail estetician (sweet girl) must be tired or didn't feel well... So my French manicure happen to be the worst I've ever had. It all chipped off the very next day. So I was back the next day asking to fix it or issue a refund. And here I faced it all... The manager happen to be the one who wanted to fix it for me... But I could never imagine one petite lady could have a big rude mouth like her. I heard it all... Not even going to repeat it here... The bottom line : according to her - it was my fingers/nails fall that the manicure ended up being such a lousy quality. Lol. Yes. So, ..bye-bye! There are plenty other nice spa places in the area with a way better customer service.

Great experience, my nails came out so clean and neat not to mention BEAUTIFUL :) I am coming here for now on.. plenty of colors and designs to choose from & staff is so friendly. Mikey did mine, he's a funny, honest guy who actually cares and takes his time on your nails.. felt so relieved leaving here

Most of the specialist here are great. They create nails quickly and communicate effectively. Two or three nail techs need to speed up though!
