Awful! I had stopped going to Nice Nails a long time ago because the staff was awful but today I had a time crunch and they were available to do my pedicure right away. The guy who helped me asked which pedicure I wanted. I told him the basic which was $20. Then he tried to keep my nail polish. When I went to pay I said why are you charging me $26. He said I told him that was what I wanted. I said I even pointed to what I wanted. The language barrier is awful. I will never ever go back.

Andi was amazing! I got a pink and white full set with a pedicure and eyebrows! They did such a great job! Highly reccommend to anyone who visits Miami!

The owners before were such a nice family. They were always smiling and laughing. I really miss them. New owners never smile. Don't make you feel welcomed.

Sometimes you may have to wait a while for a chair to open up but aside from a possible long wait depending on the day/time ir number of employees not a bad olace at all! Ask for Kelly if possible!

Totally agree with Chinita!
I used to go to this nail salon but walked out bc they were so rude and always have a mean look on their faces. Now it's the worst nail salon! Would not recommend!
