I'd give this place zero stars if possible. The staff is nice but the owners are awful. In September they had a 20 for $20 deal. I was told to purchase in West Duluth if I wanted to use at that location so I left Superior and drove to West Duluth purchased only to find out if I wanted to use at that location it was a $3.74 upcharge everytime. So my 20 for $20 would end up costing me $75! I called the owner and she told me she would investigate, call me back....NEVER received a call. I was upset so I didn't use my 20 in September. Fast forward, I call to see how many I have left and get told they made you sign an agreement that if you didn't tan in September you lose your 20 sessions. I NEVER was told this, nor did I sign anything. No point in calling the owner because they could careless about customer service. Posted this to FB and they deleted. Guess what folks, you can't delete a Google review. Take your money & business to a tanning salon that cares about customers and their employees, this tanning salon does not.

Tried the mystic tan for the first time. It turned me green from head to toe. The receptionist was very inconsiderate being I was completely green. She informed me that I had to wait to discuss the problem until she finished cleaning a few more beds because she was almost done. When I told her my green skin should be more of a priority, she responded with "I don't know did you use the lotion on your hands and feets" I said yes hands and feet only ! What does that have to do with my green face? Eventually she called her manager and I received a refund. They informed me that something had oxidized because the mystic tan isn't used often. I was told to go home and scrub the green off so it didn't stain. ...All in all a terrible experience made worse but poor customer service. Will not be back.

I used mystic a few months back and also turned a shade of green. But by the time I got home it had turned to a really nice golden tan. I loved it! Lasted thru my whole trip and after.

Went to go tan at 9 am when they said they were open and NO ONE was there. Called when I got home at 9:15 and got voice mail. IF you say you are open at 9, someone should be there before that to open the doors. Looks bad for overall business when no one is there to work
