I remember entering Queen's, realizing it was under new ownership, and wondering if I would receive the same service I always had. I absolutely did! Sang persuaded me to try the "dip" procedure as opposed to my regular acrylic/gel combination. I agreed and I LOVE it! I love how quick it is and how quickly they dry (3 minutes). I also like avoiding the use of the "setting lamp" with the acrylics as I know it's healthier for my skin. My nails are chip resistant and last for weeks. He does a great job, is friendly and super professional. As a side note, I had a late appointment and was present for their closing procedure. They clean EVERYTHING so well! Everything was swept, washed, disinfected...I want them to clean my house! :0)

Never again! Dipped nail fell off 3 days after. Didn’t remember exact color and HE was so unhelpful. Fixed it but used a different color and told me I picked wrong color. Tried the 2nd time still not correct color and he got mad and yelled that it’s my job to know my color. Hello, how did I know I would have to get a repair 3 days later. Very rude and incompetent!

The color powder on my nails came out perfect!! I got the bubble bath pink color and they did an amazing job!!! Very friendly and happy staff with a lot of color and technique options

Went here for a fill. Wish I hadn't spent my money. Told her super square she told me I had ballerina shape which I didn't. While the nails were wet they looked fine but once dry they had air bubbles and some spot had to much nail polish. Even my 13 year old daughter notice how bad.

Terrible service! Not a nice staf! I do not recommend! I am disappointed!!!! terrible pedicure!
