I shouldn't even give them 1 star. I walked in on a Thursday evening, I should have left given there was no one there. There were 2 employees. One lady took me right away, started to cut my nails off and I was there for a fill. I stopped her instantly. She told me my nail needed a new one. It had a slight lift that just happened. My previous nail shop would have clipped that lift off and filled with the fill. I just moved out here and my nail shop is too far to go back. So far not a great experience and I would never recommend them. So now I have to pay more money for a fill and my real nail underneath is also clipped off.

I went in for a fill with already prepped nails (polish removed, cuticles pushed back and nail length and shape the way I like). The tech had me sit and then proceeded to place my hands on the damp wash cloth that had not been changed from the previous customer. I simply asked for a fill and acrylic for the one nail that had popped off. No polish. The fill was supposed to be $18 and I was charged $22. The tech did a good job on the fill but because of a lack of cleanliness and being over charged for the service, where I saved the tech close to half the service time and work, only to be blatantly over charged, I will not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone.

I haven't gotten my nails done there but it's the only place I will go to get my eyebrows & lip waxed... Kim does an amazing job every time!

Great visit. Sam is the best. However she is moving to Fall River. I will follow her. She's worth it. The others not so much
