Have always gotten great service here!!! They do wonderful pedicures, nails & waxing. I'm a former nail tech and had my nails done two weeks ago. They have been put through a very rough couple of weeks and are still just as beautiful and no lifting issues. Very good pricing on all services!!! I would highly recommend Creative Nails & Spa!!!
Another great visit with beautiful nails!!! They are SO busy, I recommend making an appt. I put my last set through the ringer...no lift, no breaks. Awesome pedicures!!!
Another successful visit!!! Love my Halloween nails & the personal service. They are truly caring, take extreme pride in their work & do an excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend making an appt. Those that are "walk- ins" should expect to wait & not complain. Great family run business!!!
I've read through many of the negative reviews & I just can't relate. Have always had friendly service, great nails, pedicures & waxing. The entire team is a family unit & any accordingly. Lee does the waxing and will do just as you ask, just as she does with nails. I wonder how many of these negative reviews are doterr to lack of communication. How can some turn out so great (5 stars) and others so bad with just one star? I love this place & my service is always top of the line & consistent!!!

Giving this place minus 5 stars would make my day. Every time I walk in I wait over an hour to be seen. Sucks, but that's what I get for walking in. So I made an appointment thinking I could show up and be seen easily. In out done. Wrong, so very wrong. Waited 30 minutes pass my appointment time. None of them even batted an eyelash when I got up and walked out. These people should know they are scum of the earth garbage people with zero common courtesy. I hope this place burns down. Or gets shut down for good. They dont deserve to be operating in Redmond.

The staff was super friendly and did a great job. It was a fun environment..love the massage chairs.
